Here is the easy install of Max Payne3. I tested and working.

RELOADED version ONLY

1-go to Rockstart web site and create a real Social Club login.
And stay loggin into the social club web site
2-install game
3-when game launches, the Social Club drop down will appear.
Log in with your Social Club email and password. Set the log
in to be X Auto Login.
4-next will be activation screen while you are ingame with social club
account. EXIT GAME
5-Download from topic, the latest Patch and Crack.
6-You will need all prior game patches. Instructions in lastest patch
and crack download.
7-Apply all game patches to date in order.
8-Add only the RELOADED "current" crack files. Dont mess with
profile folder. These are the only files/folders to crack the game:

dlc (folder), binkw32.dll, gsrld.dll, MayPayne

No other files or folders, or updates are needed! 3 files and one
dlc folder.
5.-THIS IS A MUST. block Playmaxpayne.exe and maxpayne.exe
or, turn off your internet
6-launch game, window will appear, play off line.
*if asked no disk in dvd drive, just mount your Disk1 ISo and
relaunch the game.
